After starting and finishing both his AKC and CKC Championships in 2002 with multiple Group Placements and Best Puppy in Group awards, Houston took 2003 off to mature and train in Agility.

In 2004, Houston is back and taking both the conformation and agility rings by storm. In one weekend of Trials Houston has two AKC NA legs and one AKC NAJ leg, all with first place wins in his jump height.
With limited showing, he has multiple CKC Best of Breed wins, including this Group 3 under breeder judge Mr. Lawrence “Skip” Stanbridge.
 

At the 2004 ABTC National Specialty, Houston made the final cut before Selects.
